Carl and I wish to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful job you did training our Brittany puppy Molly. Being from a very high-spirited breed, Molly’s strong will was proving to be too much for us. Your techniques have allowed us to develop effective ways with which to address our issues with her and to maintain a loving relationship with her at the same time.

I think the aspect that impressed me most was the very logical and practical way you addressed her issues. You took the time to observe Molly and recognized her individual needs rather than using generic methods that may or may not have applied to her. As a result, her training needs were met in a relatively short time and continue to be effective while we maintain consistency with her.

You communicated extremely well with us, as well as with Molly. Your explanations of the philosophies supporting you training methods helped us to better understand Molly’s issues and how the training technique would address these needs.
